Where it goes wrong

Four places customers slip through

Interest is usually lost quietly, at one of the hand-offs between someone finding you and coming back again.

01 Illustration

Ads that don’t lead anywhere

A boosted post collects likes, but there’s no clear way to ask for a quote or book. The few inquiries that do arrive land in an inbox no one is watching — so it’s hard to tell whether the spend did anything.

02 Illustration

Booking by DM

A client asks what you have this week. You reply between appointments, offer a few times, and wait. It can take several messages to settle one appointment — and the time you offered may be gone by then.

03 Illustration

Quote requests while you’re on a job

Inquiries come in by form, email, text and voicemail while you’re working. Some wait hours for a reply, some never get written down, and keeping track depends on memory.

04 Illustration

Quotes that go quiet, customers who don’t return

A quote goes out and nobody checks back. Customers who were happy with the last job never hear from you again — even when they’re due for the same work.

Start with the weakest point. Connect the rest when it helps.

Some businesses need more of the right inquiries. Others already have interest but lose it at booking, response or follow-up. We look at the whole path, recommend the smallest useful starting point, and make sure each part hands off cleanly to the next.

Services

Four services, one connected path

Each service works on its own and hands off to the next: advertising brings in inquiries, booking and response systems catch them, and retention keeps the relationship going. Start with one, or combine them.

01 Attract

Lead Generation Advertising

We plan, build and manage focused Meta campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, and connect each response to a clear next step in your business.

For service businesses that have room for more work and want a steadier flow of relevant inquiries — not just likes and views.

What’s included and an example campaign

What’s included

  • Campaign planning — the service to promote, who to reach, the area you serve and how much new work you can take on
  • Creative and copy built from your real work, services and brand, with no invented reviews or claims
  • Lead capture through a Meta instant form with useful qualifying questions, or a landing or booking page
  • Routing, so each new lead reaches the right person — by email, into your tracker, or straight to booking
  • Tracking of which campaigns and ads produce inquiries, set up within Meta’s rules
  • Launch checks — test leads run through the whole path before the campaign goes live
  • Regular reviews with you on lead volume, lead quality and response, followed by agreed adjustments

Your account
Campaigns run in your business’s own Meta ad account, and you set the budget.
Works best with
A clear service, room for more work, and someone ready to reply — or our Lead Response System.

Advertising creates opportunities to talk with potential customers; it can’t promise a set number of leads or sales. Results depend on your offer, market, timing and how quickly inquiries are answered. If ads aren’t a good fit yet, we’ll say so.

02 Book

Booking System Setup

Customers choose a service and an available time on a branded booking page, and get a confirmation without waiting for you to reply.

For independent appointment providers — lash and brow artists, hairstylists, barbers, nail businesses, trainers and similar — who arrange appointments through DMs, texts or calls today.

What’s included and an example booking page

What’s included

  • Up to six services and one provider
  • Your availability and booking rules, such as notice periods and time between appointments
  • A booking page styled with your brand
  • A booking link for your Instagram profile — and for your ads, if you advertise
  • A website button or embed, where your site supports it
  • Confirmations and reminders using the scheduler’s built-in features, where supported
  • Deposits or payments, only if they suit your business and your scheduling provider supports them
  • End-to-end testing and a short handover

Typical delivery
1–2 business days after all necessary information and access are received
Built on
Established scheduling software. We don’t build custom scheduling platforms.

03 Respond

Lead Response System

When a new inquiry arrives, the customer gets an acknowledgment, you get a notification, and the request is recorded in a simple tracker with a reminder to follow up.

For owner-led quote businesses — painters, cleaners, landscapers, detailers, renovators and similar — who need incoming inquiries captured, acknowledged and tracked.

What’s included and an example inquiry

What’s included

  • One lead form — we connect your existing form or create one
  • An email acknowledgment to the customer
  • An email notification to you
  • Automatic entry into a simple lead tracker or CRM
  • Statuses such as New, Contacted, Quoted, Won and Lost
  • An internal follow-up reminder that fits how you work
  • Mobile-friendly access to the tracker
  • Testing, written documentation and a walkthrough

Typical delivery
2–3 business days after all necessary information and access are received
Starts with
Email-based workflows. Text messaging isn’t part of the standard setup.

This system handles the inquiries you receive — from ads, your website or anywhere else. It doesn’t bring in new inquiries by itself, and replying to customers stays with you.

04 Retain

Follow-Up & Retention

A clear follow-up process for leads that haven’t converted yet, and relevant, permission-based ways to invite past customers back for repeat work.

For businesses with open inquiries, quotes waiting on an answer, or past customers who are due for the same work again.

What’s included for open leads, quotes and past customers

Open leads and quotes

  • A review of open inquiries and outstanding quotes, wherever they live today
  • Follow-up timing that suits your work, agreed with you
  • Internal reminders, so you or your team follow up personally
  • Optional follow-up emails that you approve before they’re used
  • Statuses that stop follow-up once a lead is won, lost or asks not to be contacted

Past customers

  • Your past customers organized from your booking software, CRM or records
  • Repeat-work timing that fits your service — rebooking windows, maintenance or seasonal work
  • Check-in or rebooking emails to customers who have agreed to hear from you
  • Unsubscribe handling and a simple record of who was contacted and when
  • Testing, written documentation and a walkthrough
Illustration Fictional examples. Internal reminders go to you; customer emails go out only as approved.

Internal reminder

Goes to you or your team, so a real person follows up. No customer is contacted.

Customer message

Goes to a customer — only with your approval of the wording, audience and timing, only to people who can be contacted, and always with an easy way to opt out.

Starts with
Email and internal reminders. Other channels only where you have permission and your tools support them.
Your customer data
Stays in your own tools. We don’t buy lists or contact people who haven’t dealt with your business.

How it works

Four steps, agreed before anything goes live

  1. You show us the current path

How people find you, how they book or inquire, how replies happen, and what happens after a quote or a finished job.

  2. We agree on scope, access and approvals

Which services fit, exactly what’s included, the accounts we need access to, and who approves ads and customer messages.

  3. We build and test it

Campaigns, forms, booking pages, trackers and follow-ups are set up on established tools and tested end to end — including test leads.

  4. Launch, hand over and review

Setups end with a walkthrough and handover. Advertising and retention continue with regular reviews and agreed adjustments.

One-off setups and ongoing work

Booking and lead-response setups are handed over after testing, and ongoing support for them is optional. Advertising and retention are ongoing by nature, so they continue with reviews and adjustments on a schedule we agree together.

Need a simple website to go with it? That may be available separately. Just mention it when you get in touch.

FAQ

Plain answers

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Where should I start?

Wherever customers are slipping through. If you don’t get enough relevant inquiries, advertising may help. If you get interest but lose it, start with booking or lead response. If quotes go quiet or past customers don’t come back, start with follow-up and retention. Not sure? Tell us how it works now and we’ll suggest one starting point.

Which advertising platforms do you use?

We run campaigns on Meta — Facebook and Instagram — covering planning, creative, lead forms, routing and regular reviews. If a different channel would suit your business better, we’ll tell you rather than force a fit.

Can you promise a number of leads or customers?

No — nobody can honestly promise that. Results depend on your offer, your market, timing, budget and how quickly inquiries are answered. We plan carefully, review what actually happens, adjust, and tell you plainly what we see.

Who controls the ad account and budget?

You do. Campaigns run in your business’s own Meta ad account, you decide the budget, and we work through collaborator access that you can remove at any time.

Will you message my customers without asking?

No. Internal reminders go only to you or your team. Any message to a customer — a follow-up or a rebooking check-in — uses wording, timing and an audience you’ve approved, goes only to people who have dealt with your business and can be contacted, and includes an easy way to opt out.

Do I need a website?

Not necessarily. A booking page or lead form can work as a standalone link, and ads can use a Meta instant form or a simple landing page. If you already have a website, we can connect the next step where your site supports it.

Can you use the tools I already have?

Often, yes. If you already use established scheduling software, a CRM or a form tool that can do what’s needed, we’ll set it up properly rather than move you. Otherwise we’ll recommend established tools — for example a scheduler, a form tool, Meta Ads Manager and a simple tracker — and explain why before anything changes. Accounts stay in your name so you keep control.

What information and access do you need?

It depends on the work: your services and capacity, booking rules, how inquiries arrive, brand assets and photos of your work, and — for retention — where your customer records live. Access should be given through admin or collaborator invites, never by sharing a password. We’ll send a specific checklist once the scope is agreed.

How long does setup take?

Booking System Setup typically takes 1–2 business days and the Lead Response System 2–3 business days, counted from when all the necessary information and access are received. Advertising and retention timelines depend on the creative, lead capture and customer records involved; we’ll give you a timeline once the scope is agreed.

Is ongoing support required?

Not for booking or lead-response setups — those are handed over after testing, and you can run them yourself. Advertising and retention involve ongoing reviews, so we agree on that scope together.

Does the Lead Response System bring in new leads?

No. It helps you acknowledge, record and follow up on the inquiries you receive. Lead Generation Advertising is the service aimed at bringing in new inquiries — and the two work well together.
